1.5 lbs beef, cubed
4 medium potatoes, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika

Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine the cubed beef and diced potatoes.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, melted butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, stirring to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender.
