- 1.5 lbs beef, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cubed beef and diced potatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, melted butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy your cozy dinner.
Notes
Feel free to add extra vegetables like carrots or mushrooms during the last few hours for more flavor.
