Homemade Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 crusty baguette or loaf
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt until uniform.
  3. Slice the crusty bread in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
