Homemade Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of white bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture liberally over each slice of bread.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

  1. For a cheesy version, add mozzarella or parmesan on top before baking. You can use margarine instead of butter, but butter is recommended for better flavor.
