- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture and place on a grill or in a skillet over medium heat, cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Bake the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once halfway through.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; let the cheese melt.
