Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and snapped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice, to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce to create a marinade.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add green beans and sauté until tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the chicken and green beans over cooked rice.

Notes
