- 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and snapped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice, to serve
Instructions
- Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce to create a marinade.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate them for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add green beans and sauté until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken and green beans over cooked rice.
Notes
Customize the dish by adding chili flakes for heat or reducing honey for less sweetness.
