Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the turkey and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
