Description
These Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are crispy on the outside and buttery inside, coated in a sweet and garlicky sauce that’s addictively delicious.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Toss salmon cubes in the marinade until evenly coated. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spread marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure crispiness. Let the salmon marinate for no longer than 20 minutes to prevent it from firming up too much.
