Ingredients
1 pound salmon filet, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the salmon pieces in the honey garlic mixture for about 15-30 minutes.
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated salmon.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Keep an eye on the pan as sugar in the honey can burn quickly. Ensure the skillet is preheated to avoid soggy salmon.
