Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free options)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced onion, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix honey and soy sauce together. Pour this sauce over the meatballs in the skillet.
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
Serve warm garnished with chopped green onions.
