- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning; mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese over the beef mixture followed by the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and lay it over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the skillet and remember to preheat the oven for best results.
