Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice
Green onions, chopped for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
In
a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Add
the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir
in the soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
Serve
the beef mixture over fluffy cooked rice.
Garnish
with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For a little kick, try adding gochujang or red pepper flakes. Use good quality rice or leftovers for best results.
