Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  4. Serve the beef mixture over fluffy cooked rice.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

  1. For a little kick, try adding gochujang or red pepper flakes. Use good quality rice or leftovers for best results.
