Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet, cooking until browned on both sides.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
