Ingredients
5 cups chopped citrus
1/2 cup limoncello
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon stick butter
1 box powdered pectin
7 cups sugar

Instructions
Fill blender with chopped citrus up to the 5-cup line and lightly smash it down.
Add limoncello and water; top off with more citrus if needed to reach 5 cups.
Add butter and pectin to the blender and blend until well combined.
Transfer mixture to a stockpot and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Continue stirring until the mixture reaches a rolling boil, then boil for 90 seconds.
Remove from heat and carefully ladle into sanitized jars.
Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Let jars cool at room temperature for 24 hours before using.
Notes
Use a mix of citrus fruits for a more complex flavor. Ensure jars are fully sterilized before filling. Let the marmalade cure a few days for best flavor.
