Ingredients

  • 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 10 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • "I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter" spray
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. On each tortilla, spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce, add 3 turkey pepperoni slices, and half a string cheese.
  3. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

  1. Make the rolls seam-side down to prevent unrolling during baking. Ensure your sauce is not too watery to maintain texture.
