Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Shape the mixture into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  1. For fluffier rolls, don't overmix. You can substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese, but expect a tangier flavor. Ideal for sandwiches when shaped flatter.
