Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Lay out lettuce leaves or wraps and spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each.
  5. Wrap them up tightly and serve immediately, optionally garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  1. Keep the pan off the heat when adding cheese to achieve the perfect melt every time. If you want to spice things up, add red pepper flakes when adding the chicken.
