- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Spread a little pizza sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer on the cooked ground beef evenly across each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the crumbled Italian sausage over the beef.
- Scatter the chopped pepperoni on top.
- Top each tortilla with shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the mozzarella.
- Dust garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh basil if desired.
