Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 whole wheat pita breads, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Warm pita wedges on a baking tray for 5 minutes.
- Place hummus and tzatziki in small serving bowls.
- Arrange roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, feta, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes around the dips.
- Drizzle olive oil over the platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with warm pita wedges.
