Ingredients
1/2 cup hummus
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cucumber slices
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 whole wheat pita breads, cut into wedges
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Warm pita wedges on a baking tray for 5 minutes.
Place hummus and tzatziki in small serving bowls, keeping sauces neat.
Arrange roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, feta, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes around the dips.
Drizzle olive oil over the platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with warm pita wedges.
