Instructions

- Arrange roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, feta, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes around the dips.
- Drizzle olive oil over the platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with warm pita wedges.
