Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture over each chicken breast evenly.
  5. Place in baking dish and sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  1. For a lighter version, swap mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt. Additional herbs can be added for extra flavor.
