Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground sausage
2 cups marinara sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned.
Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, sausage mixture, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, do not skip the ricotta. It prevents the casserole from being dry.
