Ingredients

- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Stir a few times to distribute the chips evenly.
- Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined, pressing with a spoon to mash any thick peanut butter clumps.
- Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands to form bite-size pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled. Eat within a week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water or honey until it sticks. Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter for alternatives.
