Quick and easy no bake peanut butter energy bites that are perfect for a tasty snack on the go.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl and stir until evenly mixed.
- Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined and scrape the sides of the bowl.
- Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands, pressing gently to compact them.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled. They last a few days at room temperature and up to two weeks chilled.
Notes
If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of water or another teaspoon of peanut butter. If it feels too sticky, chill the bowl for a few minutes before rolling.
