Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Mix BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the BBQ mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
  6. Add cooked rice to the skillet, stirring to combine.
