One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
2 cups pasta
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Heat
the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add
the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Combine
the pasta and milk in the skillet.
Bring
to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until the pasta is cooked and the sauce is creamy, about 10-15 minutes.
Stir
in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Serve
hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results. Adjust the simmer time for different pasta types.
