One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Combine the pasta and milk in the skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until the pasta is cooked and the sauce is creamy, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
