Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has thickened.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking. If the sauce is too thin, simmer uncovered to reduce it; if too thick, add a splash of milk.
