Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
