One-Pot Ground Turkey Orzo

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup orzo pasta
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
Stir in diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, then add orzo and Italian seasoning.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until orzo is cooked.
Stir in spinach, season with salt and pepper, and cook until spinach is wilted.
Serve warm.
Notes
Browning the turkey adds depth of flavor. Adjust salt to taste as the broth and tomatoes already contain salt.
