Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g small pasta such as shells or ditalini
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth

  3. Stir in the peas and heavy cream and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Give it a test bite and adjust as needed.
  5. Serve warm topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
