- 1/2 cup water
- Taco shells or tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned. Break the meat apart with a spatula so it cooks evenly and the onions soften.
- Drain excess grease. Remove the fat or use a paper towel to blot it out if preferred.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Mix thoroughly so every morsel gets coated.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to let the flavors mingle.
- Serve in taco shells or tortillas and add your favorite toppings.
