Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Garlic (minced)
Ginger (grated)

Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Keep them slightly underdone if you plan to reheat later.
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce and add the vegetables, cooking until tender but still crisp.
If using, add tofu and mushrooms, cooking until heated through and slightly golden.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything to coat the noodles in the sauce.
Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
