Ingredients

- Sesame oil
- Garlic (minced)
- Ginger (grated)

- Mushrooms (optional)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Keep them slightly underdone if you plan to reheat later.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce and add the vegetables, cooking until tender but still crisp.
- If using, add tofu and mushrooms, cooking until heated through and slightly golden.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything to coat the noodles in the sauce.
- Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
