- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Diced onion or bell pepper (optional)
- Chives or hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- Scramble eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fluffy. Transfer eggs to a bowl.
- Cook sausage in the same skillet until nicely browned. Crumble or chop it and combine with scrambled eggs.
- Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto each crescent triangle and avoid overfilling.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end toward the tip and tuck the ends under. Press seams gently.
- Brush tops with milk or melted butter, and sprinkle cheese on top or tuck it inside.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a minute or two, serve warm, and enjoy!
