Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Diced onion or bell pepper (optional)
  • Chives or hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Scramble eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fluffy. Transfer eggs to a bowl.

  4. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto each crescent triangle and avoid overfilling.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end toward the tip and tuck the ends under. Press seams gently.
  6. Brush tops with milk or melted butter, and sprinkle cheese on top or tuck it inside.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a minute or two, serve warm, and enjoy!
