Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (chives or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or vegetable sticks for serving

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well until smooth.
