A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring shrimp and broccoli, glazed in a honey garlic sauce for a delicious weeknight dinner.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.
- Toss broccoli on the sheet pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer.
- Roast broccoli for 10 minutes to get it tender and slightly charred.
- Meanwhile, whisk honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes in a bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer and pour sauce over. Toss gently to coat.
- Return the pan to the oven and roast for 6 to 8 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan for best results. Feel free to adjust the sauce to your taste.
