Ingredients
- Bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- Yukon gold or red potatoes, cut into wedges or cubes
- Olive oil, for coating
- Garlic powder
- Paprika (sweet or smoked)
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly cracked
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
- Optional extras: lemon, butter, or honey for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes, keeping them bite-sized and similar in size.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a sheet pan.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and any desired seasonings.
- Add the pork chops to the sheet pan with the potatoes.
