1 lb ground beef
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Instructions
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook beef side down for 2-3 minutes until browned, allowing a crust to form.
Flip, sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, and grill both sides until crispy and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.
Notes
Avoid overstuffing the tortilla to prevent mess. Ensure the pan is preheated for the best crust.
