Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
- Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook beef side down for 2-3 minutes until browned, allowing a crust to form.
- Flip, sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, and grill both sides until crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.
