Ingredients

  • Bagels, any kind (plain, everything, or sesame)
  • Smoked salmon, thin slices
  • Cream cheese, room temperature
  • Capers
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagels to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagel.
  3. Layer slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.

  5. Add thin slices of red onion and garnish with fresh dill.
