Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce. Whisk until smooth and adjust to taste.
- In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice, garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
