- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
- Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
