Ingredients
8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
1 lb sausage (Italian or preferred type, sliced into rounds)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
Cook
the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat
olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
Add
minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir
in honey and soy sauce, and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add
cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Season
with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For variety, try adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. This dish can also be served over rice.
