Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or preferred type, sliced into rounds)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey and soy sauce, and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
