Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (your choice of dairy or plant milk)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: drizzle of honey, handful of spinach, or scoop of protein powder

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the strawberries and banana.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with the milk and yogurt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as needed.
  4. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.

Notes

  1. For a smoothie bowl, use less milk for a thicker consistency. Garnish with a strawberry if desired.
