Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup milk (your choice of dairy or plant milk)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: drizzle of honey, handful of spinach, or scoop of protein powder

Instructions
Roughly chop the strawberries and banana.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with the milk and yogurt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as needed.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
Notes
For a smoothie bowl, use less milk for a thicker consistency. Garnish with a strawberry if desired.
