Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)
  • 1 package (0.3 oz) sugar free Jello (lemon or orange flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar free Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Allow the Jello mixture to cool slightly, then gently fold in the mixed fresh fruit.
  4. Pour the salad into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate until set (about 2-4 hours).
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with whipped topping.

Notes

  1. Keep fruit bite-sized for variety. Fresh fruit provides the best flavor, and ensure Jello cools before adding fruit to avoid mushiness.
