Ingredients
2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)
1 package (0.3 oz) sugar free Jello (lemon or orange flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar free Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
Allow the Jello mixture to cool slightly, then gently fold in the mixed fresh fruit.
Pour the salad into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate until set (about 2-4 hours).
Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with whipped topping.
Notes
Keep fruit bite-sized for variety. Fresh fruit provides the best flavor, and ensure Jello cools before adding fruit to avoid mushiness.
