Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar free Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
- Allow the Jello mixture to cool slightly, then gently fold in the mixed fresh fruit.
- Pour the salad into a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate until set (about 2-4 hours).
- Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with whipped topping.
