Ingredients
8-12 Hawaiian rolls
2 cups cooked tandoori chicken, shredded or sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and set a rack in the middle.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half vertically, keeping them intact.
In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the garlic butter mixture on each half of the rolls.
Place the cooked tandoori chicken on top of the buttered rolls.
Sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try using freshly minced garlic and ensure the butter is softened for easy spreading. You can also experiment with different types of bread or cheese.
